How we handle your data
We never read, store or need your team's chats. Tekhnea puts skills into your AI tools; it doesn't sit between your people and the AI.
What we store
- Your company voice and your departments' skills, with every version.
- Who owns each skill, who approved each change, and an audit log of changes.
- Test results showing how often each skill gets picked.
- Usage counts per skill, department and tool.
What we never store
- Chats or conversations from any AI tool.
- Passwords for your AI tools. You sign in with Google or Microsoft.
- Customer records or personal data inside skills. Skills are checked for this before they're published.
How usage is counted
Usage comes from the AI tools' own admin reports and from our tests, never from chat content. It's shown per skill and per department. Views of individual people are off by default; an admin can turn them on, and the team is told when they do. Everyone can always see their own usage.
Leaving
You can export every skill in the standard skill format at any time. If you cancel, we delete your data within 30 days.
